Happy Fall everyone! We hope you are doing well and will be as excited about the upcoming 2024 growth plan for LuxMods as we are!
The production of LuxMods in 2023 has gone a little slower than anticipated due to delays in the finalization of construction of the S2A Modular factory (“S2A”) in Patterson, CA. S2A is the exclusive builder/strategic partner of LuxMods, and encountered unusual and catastrophic weather delays due to rain levels that had not been previously recorded in decades. The S2A manufacturing facility in Patterson is now in the final weeks of paving the roads in and out of the factory so that movement of the units and deliveries of units can proceed. This will lead to the announcement of the first shipments of units out of Patterson, and we will keep you fully abreast of that information as soon as possible.
We are excited that the first twelve LuxMods are completed and protected (from weather) inside the S2A factory in Patterson, CA. The LuxMods management team has not only seen them, but has walked through each of them as the construction team has completed building them. There are several different architectural and interior styles, and we think that you, as ILO holders will be very proud of the product and the high-quality construction!
With the impending news that we will be able to ship LuxMods in a few weeks, we are now ready to ramp up the sales and distribution efforts/relationships. We are finalizing a deal for the creation of a dealer channel sales network that will kick off in the next few weeks. S2A Modular has made it possible for us to scale volume for the Patterson factory as sales ramp up. This will represent the initial revenue and royalties for you as ILO Holders.

We look forward to updating you with our revenue numbers in the next sixty days as units begin to ship from Patterson.
